BMB is a small, woman-owned company. The firm employs fifty plus professionals and support staff. We have eight professional engineers, two graduate engineers, six professional land surveyors and two surveyors-in-training, registered in the State of Texas. All the staff members have experience in private, municipal and agency work, including projects requiring site development, site utilities and platting. The entire staff is committed to excellence, and the work produced reflects the knowledge, care and accuracy of each employee.
BMB has a general Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering and Surveying Departments, which can function separately or together, depending on the nature, size and complexity of a project. Carl Bain leads the Engineering Department, Raymond Medina is in charge of the Survey Department, and Charles Aldrete heads the Transportation Department. Pamela Bain and her staff of administrative personnel, works with all departments, overseeing expenditure of time and management of personnel and equipment so that design and survey milestones are met and work is completed, within budget.
