Lord Road (Semlinger Rd to Loop 410) & Copernicus Park Parking Lot Expansion

Lord Road project consists of new construction of approximately 560 linear feet of 30’ wide roadway pavement, 4’ sidewalks and curb on both sides. The construction includes approximately 520 feet of new gas line, 520 feet of new 8” water main and 75 feet of new 8” sanitary sewer main as part of the project work. The Copernicus Park portion consists of the new construction of a parking lot, expansion of 40 new spaces, approximately 300 feet of trail realignment, landscaping and irrigation relocation.
